Reintroducing Political Solutions, LLC

Since our foundation in 2003, Political Solutions has grown into one of the most trusted and enduring leaders in California’s advocacy landscape. For more than two decades, organizations, associations and corporations have turned to us for clear strategy, informed guidance and a steadfast commitment to meaningful change across the state of California.

As the policy environment in Sacramento becomes increasingly complex, having an experienced advocacy partner is more important than ever. Our clients continue to rely on us to provide insight on the day-to-day proceedings of the California state government. We combine deep legislative knowledge with practical, real-world insight to ensure your voice is heard where it matters most. Our mission is to continue to protect and promote the issues you care about!

The legend goes that the founding partners – Kristin Beard-King, Tami Miller and Stacy Dwelley – created the firm on the back of a cocktail napkin. Conceived in 2003, with a modest $100 investment, Political Solutions has continued with the vision: to provide strategic, collaborative, and effective solutions to policy challenges and to foster meaningful relationships with policymakers. What began as a small team has now grown into a full office of 15 passionate individuals committed to advancing meaningful change across California. Political Solutions embraces a team-based approach to lobbying, ensuring every client benefits from the collective expertise of professionals with knowledge across a wide range of policy areas. On that note, we are excited to welcome a new team member, Kasha Hunt, to our esteemed group of lobbyists. Her experience and insight further strengthen our commitment to serving clients with excellence.

In the spring of 2025, we relocated to the Esquire Plaza, returning to the original building where the founding partners first launched the firm. “Being back in the building where it all started was truly a full-circle moment,” reflects Stacy Dwelley. As this year comes to a close, we reflect on the significant progress achieved and turn our attention to the opportunities and priorities that lie ahead. It is an honor to represent what we consider the best of the best, and we look forward to building upon this year’s momentum as we continue our advocacy efforts in 2026 and beyond.
